Formerly known as Shenzhen Xunyucheng Hardware Co., Ltd., it was founded in 2011.
Scale: 1,460 square meters of factory space, with a dedicated team of over 20 people specializing in the research and development of precision, non-standard fasteners.
We have six state-of-the-art Taiwan multi-station machines, 25 cold heading machines, and 23 thread rolling machines.
Testing Equipment: One 2D projector, one hardness tester, two CCD optical selectors, two nail selectors, two torque testers, 20 precision calipers, two height gauges, and six plug gauges.
Additional turning and machining equipment: four CNC machines, four Swiss-type lathes and six supporting CNC machines, 24 P4 machines, and eight stamping presses.
Quality Control: A comprehensive ISO management system, with various international and domestic certifications: China 3C, EU CE, ROHS, etc.
