I. Preliminary Service Process

1. Required Design Analysis

Through an initial consultation, we will understand customer needs, including product specifications, functions, quality, and price. If proofing is required, molds will be required for some products, and the mold costs will be borne by the customer. (If the order quantity reaches a certain level, we can refund the corresponding mold costs.)

2. Contract Signing

After both parties have finalized the drawings, we will sign the contract and pay a deposit. (Production time begins when the custom mold is completed.) Product delivery time is no more than 20-45 days (depending on the product).

II. Mid-Production Service Process

1. Develop a reasonable production plan based on the needs, order, and product characteristics to ensure timely completion.

2. Optimize the allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources based on the production plan to ensure smooth production line operation.

3. Monitor production progress in real time and adjust the production plan promptly to ensure smooth production.

III. Post-Production

1. Product Inspection

Perform visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and material analysis based on product quality, and accurately record the inspection results.

2. Product packaging and delivery

Design packaging according to product and customer requirements, select appropriate packaging materials, manage delivery, and ensure that products are delivered to customers on time, in quantity, and with quality.
